We have complete turnkey assembly capabilities for your project from providing just a bare bones PCB to providing a completely assembled and tested product individually packaged and ready for sale.
Central to our capabilities is our PCB assembly services. Whether you supply the parts or we do, our assemblers turn out a quality inspected product. We can handle the prototype assembly though medium run assembled projects (up to 10,000 assemblies per month).
Save money by providing your own parts drop shipped directly to our factory. We only start work after all the parts are accumulated and ready for assembly.
Final testing may be accomplished by our quality inspection team to insure your product works each and every time. Reduce your overhead by knowing you are going to receive a tested product; a product that needs no more handling other than putting it on the shelf, ready for sale.
Just send us your assembly drawings and a bill of materials for a free quotation.
Complete bill of materials includes (for each part):
- Reference numbers
- Description
- Manufacturer
- Manufacturer's part number
- Identify any proprietary parts supplied.
